(MARIETTA, OH) - She's led the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce for the past 13 years, and tomorrow is her last day as a full time employee.

Chamber President Charlotte Keim says she'll take a short vacation, then work in the office two days a week until her successor is in place. She says that will give her time to work on personal projects while still remaining involved.

Keim says her focus will be to help the staff continue to provide top-notch programs and services during the transition.

As for the search for her replacement, Keim says the committee has reviewed a number of applications and conducted several interviews. She says there has been progress, but more time is needed to find the right person.

Keim says she appreciates all the support in her time as President, and says it's the people that has made this the best job she's ever had.
