(MARIETTA, OH) - A Marietta man who was arrested last year on accusations he pandered sexually oriented material involving a minor is going to jail on a drug-related charge.

The Washington County Common Pleas Court sentenced 19-year-old Bradley Worstell of 29725 State Route 7 to 90 days in jail on a second degree felony of corrupting another with drugs.

Worstell was arrested on the charge in March, and was also indicted on other charges then.

In December  2014, Worstell's probation officer discovered pictures of a nude teenage girl smoking weed during a routine check of his cell phone. Investigators also discovered pictures of Worstell engaging in sex acts with a girl determined to be his 16-year-old girlfriend.

At the time, the girl told police Worstell threatened to post the pictures online.
