Marietta Man Gets Jail Time For Drug Charge

(MARIETTA, OH) - A Marietta man was recently sentenced in the Washington County Common Pleas Court on a drug charge.
 
The court sentenced Damien A. Hines, 23, of 936 and ½ Fifth St. to 90 days in jail on a fifth-degree felony trafficking in drugs charge.
 
Hine was arrested by the Marietta Police Department in March, and was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
Court records show Hines has done jail time for breaking into local homes in 2011.
 
He was also arrested in Williamstown in 2012 for breaking into cars there.
