(Marietta, OH) – We have the following statement from Sheriff Larry Mincks.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office and the Marietta Police Department in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification, and the Ohio Medical Board, and also Workers Compensation is conducting an investigation involving Dr. Anderson. Dr. Anderson has two offices in Marietta. One at 101 Putnam St. and one at 121 Putnam St. in the Putnam Commons building. This morning, those agencies combined executed search warrants at both offices. And they were primarily interested in obtaining records involving patients. And I would say that any patient that was involved with Dr. Anderson that needs medical care, we would ask them to go to Marietta Memorial's Emergency Room if they need immediate care.
Any patient that is going to need their records, they are asked to contact Assistant United States Attorney, Jessica Kim, at (614)-469-5715.
