Tommy Dorsey Orchestra Comes to Marietta Friday
In Big Band history, the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra is well-recognized as one of the best. Tommy Dorsey, "The Sentimental Gentleman of Swing," worked with the likes of Paul Weston, Axel Stordahl and Sy Oliver.
The classic sounds of the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra will be heard from 8 to 10 p.m. Friday at the historic People's Bank Theatre.
