Ohio River Museum Opening April 13th

A staple in regional history, the Ohio River Museum will be open for the season on April 13th with a public event celebrating a new exhibit called, "Colorful Characters of the River."
 
From 6:30 to 8pm, the Back Porch Swing Band will be performing Western swing music, old Jazz and other favorites from the 20s through the 50s.  Requests from the audience are frequently honored. 
 
This exciting kick off event for the Ohio River Museum's 2017 season is free of charge, but donations are always appreciated. 

Marietta Police Respond to Domestic Dispute

MPD responded to the Washington County Public Library in regards to a domestic dispute between a juvenile and a grandmother.

 

Build Up Marietta

Marietta Main Street is launching a new program called "Build Up Marietta." The program is designed to help downtown businesses with facade improvements.
