Songwriting in the Spotlight Coming to People's Bank Theatre

The Historic People's Bank Theatre in downtown Marietta will be partnering up with American Public Television's Songs of the Center to Host "Songwriting in the Spotlight." 
 
This songwriting workshop will take place March 25th between 10am and 5:45pm and wrap up with a free concert at 8pm.  All are welcome to attend regardless of songwriting skills or instrument playing ability.
 
From 10-11am you can join jim shaw from Ashland University as he presents, "How to teach songwriting in school settings.
 
From 11:12 to 12:15, Shaw presents music and 21st century learning skills.
 
Other hosts presenting workshops throughout the day include Todd Burge, Eric Gnezda, Ron Sowell and Gene Castelli from the Nashville Songwriters Association.
