Washington County Sheriff's Deputies reportedly responded to Derby Road in Vincent Ohio in refernce to suspicious activity involving the discharging of a firearm.
As deputies responded to the residence provided in the initial call, they were reportedly told that several people had left the residence after two gun shots were heard. Upon checking the residence, Deputies reportedly located Elton Dean Hart Jr. Hart Told Deputies that he was dropped off at the location and refused to identify who the driver was.
The report goes on to say that Hart witnessed the, now, unknown driver exiting the rear of the house after their arrival. He had a handgun and shot it into a wooded area. hart allegedly took the gun and shot it into the woods as well.
Hart was reportedly arrested for weapons under disability, a third degree felony, and is awaiting his appearance in Marietta Municipal Court.
