The Ohio Neighbor to Neighbor program will be continuing application acceptance for utility assistance grants.  Applications will continue to be accepted through Friday, April 28th.

The program will accept applications from households seeking heating assistance only while funds are available.

With the help from this program, families in need can receive the grant that is applied directly to their AEP Ohio account which prevents the termination of service.

The Neighbor to Neighbor program was introduced in May of 2009 and has helped more than 46,000 Ohio families with more than 11.8 million dollars in utility assistance grants.

Customers must meet certain guidelines to be eligible.  You can view the full eligibility guidelines and get application instructions by visiting AEPOhio.com/helpaneighbor.
