Aggravated Menacing Charges Placed on Reno Man

Washington County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to Reno Ohio in regards to a subject reportedly trespassing onto property belonging to Ronald Warren.  Upon the Deputies arrival, the subject had already left the residence.
 
Deputies reportedly later stopped a juvenile and began speaking with him, the juvenile stated that he had been in an arguement with his mother earlier in the evening and decided to take a walk.
 
The report also says that as he was walking back home, a male subject in a truck pointed a gun at him and told him to stay off of his property. 
 
The juvenile was reportedly released to his mother and as Sheriff's Deputies interviewed Warren, he stated that there was no gun pointed at the child, however he later admitted to driving down the road looking for the juvenile that was trespassing.  Deputies later determined that 33 year old Kyle John Davis also went looking for the child.
 
Davis reportedly told deputies that he did obtain he .45 caliber weapon and then got into his vehicle and drove to Lawrence School where the juvenile was observed. 
 
The report says that Kyle Davis was placed under arrest for Aggravated Menacing and transported to the Washington County Jail for PRocessing and a temporary protection order was requested by the juvenile's Mother.

Washington County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Reno Ohio after a call came in regarding a person trespassing on property.
