Pre-Trial Dates Set For Tara Hupp

Pre-Trial dates were set this morning around 11:15 for the case involving Marietta resident, Tara Hupp who was accused of embezzling money from Marietta Tiger Booster Clubs.  The amounts were initially believed to be between thirty and forty thousand dollars and later reports stated that the amount reached over three hundred thousand dollars.
 
A special Judge, Judge Linton Lewis was called in to handle the case along with a special Prosecuting Attorney, Tom Webster. 
 
Hupp pleaded not guilty in court today next to her Attorney, George Cosenza.  Hupp's pre-trial date is set for May 31st with the jury trial beginning on August 1st.
