Timothy Dunn Arrested Following Drug Raid

The Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission issued a search warrant in New Matamoras on May 12th at the residence of Timothy Dunn.  He was located in the basement of the home along with numerous drug related items such as: glass smoking pipes, spoons, snort straws, digital scales, a syringe and pill bottles.
 
The drugs were reportedly tested and identified later to be methamphetamine and the pill bottles reportedly contained Diazepam which is a schedule 4 controlled substance.
 
The report went on to say that Dunn was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a fifth degree felony and tampering with drugs, a third degree felony.  Dunn will remain in the Washingotn COunty Jail pending his appearance in Marietta Municipal Court.
