Marietta Police Respond to Domestic Dispute

The Marietta Police Department responded to the Washington County Public Library this past Friday in reference to a child with a complaint.  The reports tates that after police arrived at the scene, the juvenile was spoken to and said that her grandmother had pushed her.
 
Injuries to her lower back were noticed by police and once the grandmother was interviewed more injuries and more information was discovered.
 
The report says that the grandmother of the juvenile stated that the child became unruly after the wifi was turned off due to the child's room not being clean.  Later she said that the juvenile was the one that pushed her and they both had fallen down.
 
The report continues and states that the grandfather of the juvenile said that it was not safe for their grandchild to be there and that he wanted her gone.  the juvenile was removed via Ex Parte by Judge Williams and placed in a foster home.
