Story from Louisville Kentucky regarding Creation Gardens INC.  The company is recalling approximately 23,000 pounds of raw ground beef due to a suspected E. Coli contamination.  The announcement came from the Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service.

This is effecting Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee and was discovered back on June 5th.

E. Coli is a deadly bacterium that can cause dehydration, bloody diarrhea as well as andominal cramps for 2-8 days.  Most people do recover however some do develop kidney failure.

This is a very important announcement since the bacterium is harmful.  Call 1-800-600-8510.  This number will connect you with a representative who will be able to help determine if your ground beef could potentially have the bacterium on it.  Also by clicking here you can get additional information.
