A reminder to little hocking residents!! Due to an electrical power outage, the Little Hocking Water Association has lost power to their Ridgewood Booster Station. This resulted in depressurization in the Ridgewood Heights and Dugan Ridge Areas.
There is a water boil advisory in place for LIttle Hocking Water Customers who are located in these areas which includes the Belpre Township Road 97.
After the repairs are made and the water serivce is restored, the Little Hocking Water Association recommends that all water used for drinking, preparing food, or wathing dishes should be boiled for a minimum of three minutes prior to use.
This will continue until further notice as Little Hocking Water Personnel collect water samples. This will determine when the boil advisory will be lifted.
