Story from Columbus Ohio a new study from the National Health Law Program says that Ohio dads are healthier and more apt to finding and keeping a job.  This is thanks to the Affordable Care Act.

The Study highlighted the benefits of Ohio dads and their children and entire families.  The ACA increases coverages for children and allows families to have access to disposable income to spend on things such as groceries.

Ohio resident, Mitch Lerner of Granville said that the ACA is literally life saving for his family.  He has three children, all of which have juvenile diabetes.

The U.S. House of representatives passed the American Health Care Act on May 4th which repeals the ACA Medicaid Expansion for fathers and other adults and also cuts federal Medicaid spending by 834 billion dollars over the next ten years.

Other reports say that the American Health Care Act is not popular nationally.  The report wraps up with stating that President Trump who lobbied and praised the passage of the American Health Care Act recently called it "Mean."
