2 Vehicle Crash on 550 Results in Injuries

A 2 vehicle crash occurred around 11:30am today (Tuesday) on State Route 550.  WMOA News went to inspect the scene as paramedics pulled the driver out of a compact sedan.  The driver of the sedan appeared to be in stable condition as he was standing prior to being put on a gurney.
 
The other vehicle was a silver Toyota Tundra truck which sustained damage to the passenger sisde.  The driver of the truck remained in the vehicle while medical personnel assisted.  Both appeared to be in stable condition.
 
Police, fire and medical personnel were on scene investigating the crash. 
 
Once lane is closed due to the crash and flaggers are on scene taking care of traffic.  Proceed with caution on State Route 550.
