Wheeler returned to the home and approached the Deputy who told Wheeler why they were there and asked what had happened. The Answer? It was a family dispute and none of the deputies business according to the report.

Wheeler eventually admitted to shoving his son and calling him belligerent names. The report continues and states that wheeler had grabbed the child by the neck and face, pushed him around, head butted him several times and made several threats.

Deputies advised that he was going to be placed under arrest to which Wheeler told deputies that if they came any closer that he was going to "take them all out." As deputies attempted to place the handcuffs on Wheeler, he contiued to resist and pulled away. At this point a Taser was deployed which finally subdued Wheeler on the ground.

After handcuffs were finally put on Wheeler. He was arrested for resisting arrest, domestic violence and OVI and deputies later transported him to the Washington County Jail for processing.
