The Columbus Dispatch reports that starting this season, Ohio University in Athens will enact a new policy allowing the sale of beer during football games.

Officials say that the decision comes after feedback from customer surveys. Beer won't be sold on the student side of the stadium, but that won't prohibit students from taking beer to their seats. Previously, beer has been sold for the last three seasons exclusivley to University donors. The school will add an alcohol-free zone for fans. In addition, Ohio's five other Mid-American Conference will sell beer during football games as well.
