With the much-anticipated development of Marcellus and Utica Shale drilling throughout eastern Ohio, additional pipelines will be necessary to transport products. While that raises substantial environmental concerns, it also raises the possibility of income enhancement for landowners.

 

Property owners have an opportunity next month to attend a presentation titled Pipeline Easement and Right-of-Way Agreements in order to learn about easements and related issues.

 

The program will take place on Monday, December 10, 6:00-9:00 PM, at Graham Auditorium on the Washington State Community College campus.
