The Athens County Sheriff's Office arrested a Washington County man after he was found allegedly in possession of substances including LSD and moonshine on Saturday.
Sheriff Pat Kelly says 41-year-old Jeremy Cutshaw of 1220 Two Mile Run Road, near Cutler, was pulled over by deputies for a traffic violation on State Route 13 north of Athens.
A sheriff's office canine alerted to the presence of drugs in Cutshaw's vehicle. Thus armed with probable cause, deputies searched the vehicle and found 800 doses of LSD worth more than $11,000, along with eight ounces of moonshine, some marijuana, a bag of ketamine and $2,600 in cash.
Cutshaw was arrested for felony possession of LSD, with additional charges or indictment likely. He's in the Southeast Regional Jail in Nelsonville.
