Yesterday afternoon, investigators made contact with the
suspect and his wife, asking them to come to the police station. Morrow agreed
to come speak with them and, at first, stated that nothing had happened.
After a few minutes of discussion, he admitted that he
had raped two of the girls three-to-four times each, and the third girl one-or-two times.
He was read his Miranda rights, which he waived. He then stated his
account of his sexual activities with the girls. He stated that he knew it was
wrong and he did not know why he did it.
Morrow was then placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County
He's to be arraigned today.
First-degree felony rape carries a sentence of up to life in
prison without parole when the victim is ten years of age or younger.
