A representative from Marietta's shelter will join representatives from the Jefferson County Shelter in Watertown, New York and the St. Louis Stray Rescue in New York City for a live award presentation next week.

The grand prize winning shelter will be announced on the Fox Morning Show with Mike and Juliet on May 21st. The winner will receive a shelter makeover valued at one million dollars. The first runner up will get a check for $10,000 and the third place winner will receive $5,000.
