The Washington County Mutual Fire Protection Association recently held an election of officers due to the recent passing of president Lester Grosklos and the resignation of vice president Dick Corbitt.
On July 15, the association elected Richard Best of the Devola Volunteer Fire Department as the new president. Marc Fisher of the Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Department is the new vice president.
The next meeting of the Washington County Mutual Fire Protection Association will be conducted September 16th, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department, 99 Tower Road, Little Hocking.
