The 13 year old passenger involved in an early morning wreck in Belpre on Friday has died as the result of his injuries. Mitchell Fisher was an eighth grader at Little Hocking prior to last week's crash. 

On Monday the community said goodbye to Alex Joy, the fifteen year old driver who was killed after traveling at a high rate of speed when he crashed through the fence and into a tree at International Converter on Farson Street in Belpre. 
 
Fisher had been transported to Children's Hospital in Columbus. It was there that he passed away Tuesday morning.
