So far nearly 500 people have voted in next week’s special election for the Warren Local Schools levy and bond issue.

575 people have requested absentee ballots and about 478 have turned them back in.

You can still early vote from 8 AM to 5 PM each day Monday through Friday at the office of the Board of Elections office in the courthouse at 205 Putnam Street in Marietta.  The Board of Elections will also be open for voting from 8 AM to noon on Saturday, July 31. You will be able to vote using an absentee ballot until 5 PM on August 2.

On Tuesday, August 3, you have to go to your polling place to vote.  You will not be able to vote in the board office on Election Day.
