A big time holiday gift was given to IndyCar drivers Helio Castroneves and fellow IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe. Both drivers were added to the star-studded lineup that already featured IndyCar stars such as Ryan Hunter-Reay, Tony Kanaan, Juan Pablo Montoya and Alexander Rossi. The six IndyCar drivers have eight Indianapolis 500 wins, three IndyCar Championships, and a total of 82 career victories.
 
Some of the other drivers scheduled to compete in the event are Formula One's Jenson Button, David Coulthard, Felipe Massa and Sebastian Vettel. Also NASCAR drivers and brothers Kurt and Kyle Busch will also compete in the event as well as rallycross stars Travis Pastrana and Scott Speed and 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Tom Kristensen.
 
The 2017 Race of Champions will take place on January 21-22 at Marlins Park in Miami, Florida.
