247Sports Sam Webb is reporting that Michigan Defensive Line Coach, Greg Mattison, will be added to Ohio State's Coaching Staff and OSU is also courting Wolverines linebackers coach Al Washington. We have not confirmed in which capacity.

Mattison is veteran assistant coach who left the Baltimore Ravens to coordinate Michigans defense for head coach Brady Hoke in 2011.  Considered an elite recruiter, he was retained as defensive line coach when Jim Harbaugh replaced Hoke in 2015.

The Buckeyes will likely make at least two more defensive hires this offseason after co-defensive coordinator Alex Grinch's move to Oklahoma last week.
