The Cleveland Browns placed defensive end Myles Garrett on the reserve/COVID-19 list, the team announced on Friday.
 
The Browns said it learned Friday morning that a player has tested positive for COVID-19. The team released in a statement that the player has not been in the facility all week and zero high-risk contacts have been identified. 
 
Garrett's 9.5 sacks and four forced fumbles lead the NFL.
