On Jaws Classic Country FM 100.9 the Cleveland Guardians took down the Oakland A's to a score of 6-3. The win cliches the series for the Guardians as they won the first two games of the four-game series before dropping game 3 yesterday 10-5.  Cal Quantrill improves to 4-3 on the year for the Guardians after going 6.0 strong inning on the bump only allowing one run which came on a home run in the first inning.
The Guardians scratched for 3 runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a two-run double from Jose Ramiez and a rbi single from Owen Miller. the 3-1 score would remain the same until the sixth when Cleveland scored two and another in the seventh. The A's scored their last two runs in the top half of the 8th, scoring 6-3. The Guardians have the night off tomorrow before they head out to Colorado for a 3 game series with the Rockies. You can catch all that action on Jaws Classic COuntry as we are set for a pregame starting at 8:05 Tuesday night.
