Fall Spruce UP Flash Grant deadline

MARIETTA, OH- A reminder is being sent out to Downtown Businesses and Business Owners. Since September 23, the application for the 2021 Fall Spruce UP Flash Grant has been available. Thursday, October 14th will be the deadline with the Awards to be announced the following Monday, Oct. 18.
Marietta Main Street sent out the reminder last week. Up to 1,000 dollars or 50% of project costs would be awarded to business owners for improvements.
Marietta Main Street this includes any improvements or maintenance to lighting, plumbing or flooring among others on the interior and paint, signage and window repair on exteriors.
Marietta Main Street says that since 2017 the Build Up Marietta initiative has awarded $32,000 and leveraged over $156,000 dollars downtown building and business enhancement. Applications are available
