Gov. DeWine orders flags to half staff in honor of General Colin Powell

News broke Monday morning that Colin Powell had died from COVID-19 complications. He was 84.
 
 
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered American Flags and Ohio Flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the life and service of General Powell. The order is in accordance with U.S. President Joe Biden. 
 
 
Flags in Ohio are to be flown at half staff on all public buildings and grounds throughout the state until Sunset on October 22.

Colin Powell passed away from COVID-19 complications, according to the Powell family.
