Arrest Made in Connection to Ohio River Explosives

An arrest has been made in the investigation into several suspicious devices found on barges in the Ohio River.
According to reports the arrest was made in Marietta and the suspect was then transported to the South-Central Regional Jail in Charleston, West Virginia.
The incident has been under investigation since Oct 21st after a homemade bomb was found on a barge in the river.  Since then, there has been three separate cases involving suspicious devices.
The suspects name and charges have not been released at the time.
