Prepare to adjust your clock

In the early morning hours of Sunday November 7 everyone will be gaining an hour as the clocks fall back.  2am Sunday morning will mark the end of Daylight Savings Time. The end is the more desirable option as we gain an hour of sleep rather than lose an hour like we do in the spring time.  And even though this is a more than 100-year-old tradition.  Any type of clock change whether it be forward or backward can mess with your internal clock.

Every time the clock is changed you are of course reminded to check your batteries in your smoke detectors.  State Fire Marshal Kevin Reardon urges all Ohioans to check the detectors regularly.

Prepare to adjust your clock

Clocks will fall back an hour at 2 a.m. Sunday, offering an extra hour of sleep.
