Sewer Construction Shuts Down Part of Ohio River Trail

Coming up on Monday February 20th, the Ohio River Trail is scheduled for complete closure from East 8th Street behind the Waste Water Treatment Plant to Jefferson Street.  The closure is for the construction to the Raw Sewage Pump Station.  
 
Work is scheduled to be completed by October 20th.  The multi use trail will be marked with a "Road Closed" sign which will be posted 24 hours before the beginning of the proposed work.  Pedestrians and bicyclists must find an alternate route during this closure.
