People's Bank Foundation Grants to Washington County

The People's Bank Foundation, a nonprofit organization formed to make donations in various markets with People's Bank chains, has awarded $66,900 in second quarter 2017 grants to 28 organizations from the market areas throughout the states of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky.
The donations made to organizations in Washington County include the following for a total of $8,000 in grants.
- Marietta Children's Choir ($2,000)
- Washington County Homeless Project & Marietta Community Foundation ($1,000)
- Washington County Harvest of Hope ($1,000)
- The Community Action Corporations of Washington-Morgan Counties ($500)
- The Boys and Girls Clubs of Washington County ($2,500)
- The Belpre Area Multi-Use Trail ($1,000)
The citizens of Washington County would like to umbly thank the People's Bank Foundation for their continued support of both local and national community service and outreach programs.
