Vincent Man Skips His Court Sentencing

Act active warrant is out for the arrest of 42 year-old Vincent, Ohio citizen Thomas Kaptis for failing to appear in court. Kaptis was involved in a drug bust at a home on Sheldon Avenue in Marietta this past April. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and having weapons under disability. Kaptis was supposed to be at the Washington County Common Pleas Court yesterday morning for his sentencing, but did not show up. As a result, he'll be facing additional charges.
