Fleming, Ohio- More news is becoming available regarding the crash on State Route 339 back on February 1. The crash took out two mailboxes and according to reports the driver did not have permission to use the silver Volkswagen that was crashed.

The owner of the vehicle reportedly let the subject Timothy Nay drive the car, however; he had yet to return it.  The report also says that permission was given to use the car for one day.  That was January 22.  The owner says 100 dollars was given to him for the use of the car.  Deputies learned that the owner spoke with Nay multiple times, telling him to return the car.

The owner stated that he received a call from Nay saying he was on his way back but was involved in an accident.  The car lost control, went off of the left side of the roadway, striking two mailboxes and later overturned before coming to rest against a tree on State Route 339.  Timothy Nay of Vincent is being summoned for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
