Tytus Shields of Belpre,  was one of the seven suspects arrested back in June 2020 just received his sentence of 29 years in prison Wednesday . Prosecuting Attorney Nicole Coil commented in an interview with WMOA about the conviction

"Mr. Shields has quite a lengthy record and this is not his first case or trafficking charge and conviction. He was on parole when the charges he was just sentenced on took place. So, we are very gratified to get a drug trafficker of his significance out of Washington County"

As for the Other six suspects Coil says their trials should be coming up soon.

"I think this sentence is going beyond just Mr. Shields case. It is having ripple effects with other cases which we are also very pleased to see. So I think we may have some resolutions in these other cases based upon the results they were able to see with Mr. Shields. "
