Southeastern Human Trafficking Task Force arrest man on importuning charges

Reports say a Cecil Slack has been arrested on importuning charges after attempting to meet a 15-year-old girl. Social media was reportedly used by Slack, a middle-aged man, who sent sexual images a girl after being told she was 15 years old. 
 

On the other end of the messages was the Southeastern Human Trafficking Task Force. When attempting to meet the girl, he was met by law enforcement.  Suspected methamphetamine was located on his person along with a smoking pipe and the cell phone used to send the messages.  Contraceptive was also found.

 
He was transported to the Washington County Jail.
